Last time Ria also thought dvc drops most seal stones in the server so i wouldnt be surprised if she picked up refined steel recipe from soda...

I think spadie should just remove it from hero crafting so everyone is free to do what they want. yet he gives it to retards that think that they are the best ingame because of having the recipe. What a shame.
