Runtime error

Hey guys!! I successfully downloaded client and added the antivirus exception but still when i open the game after few seconds it crushes and i get a message that windows visual ++ required the application to end abnormally. IA chat does not crush, just the l2.exe

i had similair issue , contacted staff they helped me find one of backround processes interacts with ia making it crash
i went thru all visual + whatever installs , all versions n'shit
you can check if its same as my problem
make new local user on your windows and try to run it there
if it runs fine - then you have backround app issue
