if you see server ping 9999 dont panic follow the steps bellow.

Windows 7:
Windows 8, 10:
- Open Start menu
- Click Run
- Type cmd and press enter
- In the Command Prompt type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
- On your keyboard, press Win+X to open the WinX Menu
- Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
- Run this command ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
2. Reset your modem,router settings
3. If both doesnt work for you, then you have ISP problems, first of all run a speed test and check if you have a high ping if you notice
that you have a high ping call the customer support of your internet service and ask them to reset your router by their systems.
