Evasion , Cast speed, m def, hp , mana , atk speed, crit , crit dmg, quick recovery rate, double arrow special skill, recovery time reduce on stun shot, patk, matk, accuarcy, resist everything, pdef. It's a white suprimacy race. give it everything it needs to kill BRS. Also block elves for BRs.

Diabolico and I tested a BOW Haste + Royal Haste on his CHAR and it practically shot the same amount of ARROWS than BOW HERO and also NO ROYAL HASTE ...
so my point of view just modify ATTACK TIME of arrows.
About DASH LVL 3 in Human Dagger ??? Take it out immediately or the server will just have Dagger.

Well makes sense because you guys still don't know how this game works after more than 10 years.
The "Attack speed" of a bow is limited because they bow has a "recovery rate". As you have to load new arrows and cant just perm swing your sword.
For this occasion ncsoft invented the quick recovery bow which IA had in old days and removed it since everyone played with elemental bows QR.
For stupidos:
Haste -> no more speed with bow
Quick recovery -> more attack speed
QR does not work on IA anymore since spadie removed it like ages ago.

There are 4 things here
Attack speed
Casting Speed
Reuse Delay
Bow Reuse Time (this is the reload arrows time)
The term "Quick Recovery" misleading term that NCsoft uses for both reuse delay and bow reuse time.
Haste makes attack speed faster and reuse delay shorter
Acumen makes casting speed faster and reuse delay shorter.
Recovery skills make only the reuse delay shorter.
DEX effects both attack speed and reuse delay.
WIT effects both casting speed and reuse delay.
Bow reuse time is not a skill effects bow. There are 3 types of bows each has its own bow reuse time.
Very Slow = 1500ms
Slow = 1000ms
QR = 500ms
Attack speed, casting speed, DEX and WIT all do NOT effect the bow reuse time, it is fixed, that means even if you had 99 DEX with 9999 attack speed, it would still have the same bow reuse time.
On iA to improve QR bows (bows with shorter bow reuse time) we added Recovery skill on the bow. This was done to make it better and it has been like this since 2006.
Berom is wrong about QR bows on iA. They have always worked and they have never been removed.

Partly true.
What I meant to say is that if your attack speed is this high, there is no other way but QR to increase the actual attack speed.
I mean there is an recovery tatttoo but is there any other way to increase your dex with items etc? (except dyse that are not ingame)
Also there is no way to increase dex by buffs right?

But the buff does not show you that it does not apply to you since the descriptions are minimal.
For example SK, you can't play it with blunt or sword, you have to play it with double handed sword to be strong. It just does not make sense since you can't even use your class skills anymore because you are missing a shield (SK had sword/blunt mastery the last time I checked).
