[GUIDE] Unban, password change and country change! - EmmE - Wednesday, June 3rd, 2020 Visit Web Account. Don't have a Web Account yet? Visit Web Account Guide for help. Press Menu and select what you want to do. (Request an unban) Select the account that is banned, then press submit. An iA Staff-member will now look into your issue. (Changing password, all by yourself) Select your account that you want to change password for, then press submit. (Request a country location change) Select your new country and press submit.
