Happy Birthday Most Valuable staff of last 3 years. hope you stay around for long time

As an iA player for 14 years, I would like to know how Spadie trusts a Staff that betrays his trust, using and abusing the power of knowledge in the game for the benefit of himself and his teammates.

We can clearly see this image, the char Shodan (BettyBoop/Jim), telling me that he could circumvent the siege system by claiming to have privileges with Spadie, which in this case would be an abuse of power. BettyBoop is a corrupt and totally distrustful Staff, proving that they can betray Spadie's own trust.

In other images, in the siege of August 15, 2021, BettyBoop kai Anisoropos used system failures (bugs), crossing walls to take Ria's castle, without going through the main door, thus making a totally silent and dirty assault .

Spadie, I would like you to review your concepts about BettyBoop in the Illicit Awakening Staff. As a player, who play cleanly, I leave here my report and proof of BettyBoop's lack of confidence as a Staff.

Current changes made to Victoria.

• Change Crush of Doom skill level 19 to be the same as Aria. (Copy from Aria to Victoria)
  

1. Removed stun effect.
   
2. Removed -500 MP/sec drain.
   
3. Added slow effect, -50% speed for 10 seconds.
   
4. Added blow power of 50k, which is the same as the attack power already on the skill.
   
5. Changed sword weakness from 400% to 100%.

Adjustments to the changes and additional may occur during this time period.  And additional restarts may occur outside of normal restart times.

After Friday July 30th 2021, no changes are planned.



Players who do not give any feedback or input during this period are assumed to accept all changes and updates.

Note. In order to get an A or S weapon you must first donate the price on your DWA as you would add coins for any other donate. Once the coins are added you must contact Diabolico to Confirm the order.  When the order is confirmed your recently donated coins will be (erased)  since A & S weapons are not possible to be recalled back to the char that owned the item first. That means if you trade this weapon and you loose it (sucks for you because all trades are final) So Spadie cannot help you with that no mater how hard you cry.

The Lineage 2 client uses the "RSA algorithm" for public-key cryptography. When they created the client they choose to have it dynamically linked to Windows system files and not create their own file and have it dynamically linked or make it static linked.

Once Windows Vista came out, Microsoft changed how they designed the system and does not have the previously FIPS-140-1 validated Microsoft Base Cryptographic Provider. But we were able to use Windows XP files in the client for it to work.

But an issue came in Windows 7 and later (need for the patcher) as it does not have all the same version of some of the needed files. Windows 7 also blocks the use of old files and also if the file is already loaded it reads it from the memory and does not force a new local reload/read.

The patcher was made (currently outdated and no longer used) to patch files in the system so it would force read it when loading the client, so it would be able to open. After the client is open the user can just unpatch. I made it so when you unpatch the system is running pure as if it was never patched.

Enter rsa4.dll, which is from Windows 9x, in our case we use the Windows ME version. Due to that the file is so old and does not exist on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8 etc... We are able to use this file to load the client without a "patcher".

The goal of using rsa4.dll is so the RSA key for lineage2 works properly so the client is able to open. It is only used to load/open the client.

Due to using an old file that runs "Microsoft Base Cryptographic" This deals with the "Cryptographic Boundary" as some anti-virus scanners will try to block it since the Data Protection API of Microsoft Windows 7 is not part of the module (as are just running the DLL file alone, and it is old) it is considered to be outside the boundary and triggers the anti virus software.
